I’m a student that is going to a technical culinary program next year and after i have plans to move to Europe for a couple of years to work as a chef in France and Italy. I was wondering where in Italy is the best place to learn about classical Italian Cuisine. I want to know if i am better off in the country or in the city? I am also looking for a full cultural experience. Thanks

I would like to learn a new language but I don’t know which would be better: Italian or French?
I speak a few languages, but Italian seems so melodic and beautiful that I always wish I could speak it…but I like French too!

What are your experiences with these languages?
Thank you all!!!

I decided to learn italian because I consider that it’s a very sexy(exotic) language and spanish because a lot of people are speaking spanish in America, plus it cannot hurt me to know and speak fluently 4 languages.
I already speak 2 other languages.
